What Training Looks Like
The Pellet Method Training Program is a structured, clinician-first pathway designed to help providers integrate hormone pellet therapy safely, confidently, and responsibly into real-world practice.
Founded by Dr. W, the program blends evidence-informed education with hands-on clinical training, ensuring participants leave with both conceptual understanding and procedural competence—not just theory.
A Hybrid Clinical Learning Model
Training is delivered in three integrated phases, allowing providers to build knowledge, apply technique, and receive support as they implement pellets in practice.
Phase 1: Online Clinical Foundations
The Foundation of Hormone Architecture
This module is where we deconstruct the “Normal” medical standard to rebuild a framework of Optimal health. We move past the myths and focus on the biological engine of the female body: Testosterone. Before we pick up a trocar, we master the clinical logic.
What we cover in this session:
-
The Master Regulator: Understanding Testosterone as a total-body hormone—essential for the brain, heart, and bones, not just “libido.”
-
The Female Powerhouse: Why Testosterone is the most abundant sex hormone in a woman’s body and why its decline is the “missing link” in aging.
-
Myth vs. Medicine: A deep-dive into the history of mispractice and why most of what we’ve been taught about female testosterone is clinically outdated.
-
Systemic Longevity: How optimized levels protect the aging female body—from cognitive clarity to cardiovascular strength.
-
Intro to Dosing Logic: An initial look at the “Pellet Method” principles—moving away from “one-size-fits-all” toward high-precision, patient-centric care.
Phase 2: In-Person Clinical Workshop
(1 full day)
The hands-on workshop is where theory meets practice.
Under direct supervision, participants observe live demonstrations and perform pellet insertions themselves, with a focus on:
-
Technique refinement and procedural confidence
-
Proper use of instruments and placement strategy
-
Managing common challenges and variations
-
Workflow considerations for clinic teams
This is not a lecture-based session—it is an immersive clinical experience designed to build confidence through guided repetition and expert oversight.
Phase 3: Post-Training Support & Integration
Training does not end when the workshop concludes.
Graduates receive access to ongoing resources that support responsible implementation, including:
-
Clinical tools and documentation to support patient care
-
Access to preferred pricing on pellets and equipment
-
Optional mentorship for providers seeking deeper clinical guidance
-
Entry into a peer community of Pellet Method–trained clinicians
The goal is to support long-term success, not just initial adoption.
What You’ll Walk Away With
By the end of The Pellet Method training, providers walk away with more than procedural exposure—they leave with a clear clinical framework for integrating pellet therapy responsibly into practice.
Graduates complete the program with:
- A confident understanding of when pellet therapy is appropriate (and when it is not),
- The ability to evaluate patients, labs, and follow-up needs through a pellet-specific lens,
- Hands-on experience that supports safe, consistent insertion technique, and
- The clarity to implement pellets in a way that aligns with their existing scope, workflow, and standards of care.
Most importantly, providers leave with the clinical judgment required to use pellets as part of a thoughtful, long-term care strategy—rather than as a standalone or transactional offering.

Built for Canadian Providers
The Pellet Method is intentionally designed for the Canadian clinical and regulatory environment. There are no franchise fees, proprietary algorithms, or per-pellet revenue sharing, allowing providers to maintain clinical independence while adding a high-value service line.
Who the Training Is Designed For
This program is for licensed healthcare providers who want to:
- Develop confidence in pellet therapy as a clinical modality
- Offer a durable, consistent hormone delivery option for appropriate patients
- Add a scalable service line without sacrificing autonomy
- Learn a method that works in real clinics with real patients
